Abstract:
This market survey explores the opportunities for FRES to expand its operations in the Sub-Saharan Africa by means of a SWOT analysis. A profile of the strengths, weaknesses and threats facing an organisation is produced for three Sub-Saharan countries. The conclusion is that, notably, the countries of Senegal, Ghana and Burkina Faso show sufficient opportunities for FRES to expand its current operations. However it should be noted that the region as a whole faces many problems, and market penetration will be difficult in all countries.
