General Managers of FRES companies

The General Managers of the FRES companies lead all local operations and are responsible for daily affairs.

FRES Netherlands Staff

FRES Netherlands works with a small team of paid staff members. These employees receive a salary in line with the market. Besides this, FRES works with voluntary experts and interns who support our activities. Where appropriate they receive payments for expenses.

FRES Board of Directors

The FRES Board of Directors is responsible for the development of the FRES policy, strategy and the realisation of budget, targets and results. The board members work on a voluntary basis. They can receive a compensation for the expenses made when performing their work for FRES. This on production of supporting documents and within the budget that has been agreed upon.

Company Boards of Directors

The Company Boards of Directors supervises the policy, strategy and the realisation of budget, targets and results of the FRES companies. All members of the Company Boards of Directors are nominated by FRES except the members for the NuRa (South Africa) board. Two of those members are nominated by Nuon and one by FRES. The company board members work on a voluntary basis. They receive a compensation for expenses, when necessary.
